Retail trends: businesses and consumers are showing growing interest in the metaverse
As metaverse-related technologies are evolving, more and more companies and consumers see significant opportunities in the space. According to PwC’s 2022 US Business and Consumer Metaverse Survey, 50% of consumers call the metaverse exciting, and 66% of executives report that their companies are actively engaged.
