McKinsey Advises Retailers to Focus on E-Commerce

According to a recent McKinsey report, now is the time for retailers to “reallocate their resources and shift management attention from offline to online.” Going digital, however, doesn’t mean that customers will tolerate a shopping experience that is not up to the usual standards. Delivering an excellent CX online is crucial, and so is eliminating pain points in every step of the customer journey.
