Our Story

Cappasity lets companies create & deliver 3D/VR/AR experiences to blur the line between online and in-store shopping. It is the first scalable and easy-to-adopt solution for complex eCommerce projects that only takes 3 minutes/SKU to create a 3D and embed it into a store.

Our clients see higher conversion rates (10-30% increase), 6x higher dwell time in the product page, less returns, and less customer inquiries when their products have interactive 3D images. The platform also provides unique 3D analytics tool based on AI to track customers’ online behavior and ensure the best product presentation online. It also detects real buyers among site visitors to run more efficient marketing and ad targeting campaigns. Cappasity 3D format can also be used in VR/AR apps and for digital signage in brick-and-mortar stores to power an omnichannel customer experience.

Cappasity was founded in 2013 with the aim of developing a technological standard and an easy and scalable platform for creation, embedding and analysis of 3D and VR/AR content. Cappasity launched its platform and 3D digitizing software in 2017.
Today, Cappasity serves more than 20 million views of 3D content each month.

Cappasity graduated from Plug and Play Retail (Sunnyvale) Batch 7 accelerator, Lafayette Plug and Play accelerator, and LVMH’s programme La Maison des Startups, based at the world’s largest startup campus Station F located in Paris.

Kosta Popov - CEO
Kosta Popov, CEO and Founder, has a 20+ years successful track record as a software company CEO. Under Kosta’s lead the company successfully raised $6.4M. Kosta is an expert in 3D technologies, SaaS solutions and mobile applications and one of the top innovators of 2016 by Intel Software.
Alex Chegaev - CTO
Alex Chegaev, Cappasity’s CTO and Co-Founder, has strong expertise in 3D technologies and blockchain. He has worked with Kosta as a technical lead on several cross-platform software projects. Alex is responsible for holistic technology vision and product development, managing full P&L for product development, software and hardware purchases and R&D.
Natalie Reyes - CSO
Natalie Reyes, Chief Sales Officer, drives international expansion on operational level. She is responsible for growing the sales team, increasing brand awareness, driving revenue of the Company, ensuring customer success and further market penetration. Natalie launched the global network of Cappasity Service Partners, she also establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with core strategic clients and partners.
William Hoo - BD
William Hoo, Business Development Manager, is responsible for presenting value of Cappasity’s 3D imaging solution to e-commerce businesses/brand names, helping them upgrade online presentation to render interactive and live shopping experience for customers. Previously top sales at Alibaba and Rakuten, William has an excellent track record in presenting value to ecommerce sellers in terms of storefront construction, product presentation and ecommerce operations.
Tatiana Karzakova - SPN
Tatiana Karzakova, Partnership Manager, is supervising a branch of the Service Partner Network, as well as the Affiliate program that drives Cappasity's revenue growth through existing users. Affiliate program incentivizes the most active ecosystem participants and leverages 'word of mouth' scaling, for effective and positive outreach and winning new clients & partners.
Kate Saenko - PR & M
Kate Saenko, PR & Marketing manager, is responsible for meeting Cappasity’s business communication objectives, increasing brand awareness by shaping the voice of the Company’s products and focusing on insights, strategies, and executions within the global partner PR agency. She has a strong experience in driving large-scale marketing initiatives, while delivering measurable impact on both corporate (IBM) and agency (BBDO Worldwide) side.
